Monthly packages are billed upfront on your billing date. Yearly plans are billed as a single upfront payment at the discounted rate.

By default unused monthly hours do not roll over. Custom arrangements can be discussed if you need flexible handling.

Extra hours are billed at the hourly rate stated in your plan or at an agreed add-on rate. I will ask for approval before exceeding package limits.

Refunds for unused prepaid hours are available within 7 days of service start, subject to the agreement provided at purchase.

Yes — invoices are provided for all purchases and can be sent via email for accounting and records.

I use secure storage, limited access, encryption where appropriate, and best practices for credentials. I recommend password managers for client credentials.

Yes — I will sign NDAs on request to protect sensitive information.
