What are your working hours?

I work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST. For retainer clients, I offer flexibility outside these hours. Response time is guaranteed within 24 hours during business days.

Do you work with international clients?

Pricing & Payment

How does hourly billing work?

Hourly services are billed based on actual time worked. You'll receive a detailed timesheet showing tasks completed. Minimum billing is 1 hour, and you can book as many hours as you need.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly plans?

Monthly plans are billed each month. Yearly plans are billed upfront and include a 20% discount (equivalent to 2 months free). Both include the same services - it's just a payment preference.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are securely processed via Paystack and PayPal. All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted.

What is your refund policy?

For hourly services, no refunds for completed work. For monthly retainers, prorated refunds for unused time. Yearly plans are prorated minus a 10% processing fee. Your satisfaction is guaranteed - if you're not happy, we'll make it right.

How do we communicate?

I typically communicate via email for most clients. For retainer clients, we can use Slack, Zoom, or your preferred platform. Weekly check-ins are included with Standard and Premium packages.

What is your typical response time?

I guarantee response within 24 hours during business days. Most emails are answered within 2-4 hours. Premium clients receive priority response within 2 hours.

How do you track time?

I use time-tracking software to log all hours worked. You'll receive detailed reports showing time spent on each task. This ensures complete transparency.

Is my information kept confidential?

Absolutely. I sign NDAs if required and treat all client information as strictly confidential. Your privacy and data security are top priorities.

What tools do you use?

How do you handle data security?
