What are your response times?
I respond to all emails within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday). Most messages get a reply within 2-4 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments via Paystack (KES) for cards and mobile money. PayPal (USD) is coming soon.
How does hourly billing work?
Hourly services are billed based on actual time worked, tracked in 15-minute increments. You get a detailed timesheet.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes! I'm happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Just ask and I'll review and sign it promptly.
